Frequently asked questions

How does escrow work for freelance projects?+

The client creates a transaction with the agreed amount. The freelancer accepts. The client pays and funds are held in escrow. Once the freelancer delivers and the client approves, payment is released instantly.

Can I split payments into milestones?+

Yes! Create separate transactions for each milestone. This way, you release payment as each phase is completed and approved.

What if I'm not happy with the work?+

Don't approve the transaction. You can request revisions or open a dispute. Our team will review the evidence and arbitrate fairly.

How is the freelancer protected?+

The client has already paid — funds are confirmed and held. Once the client approves, payment is automatic. No more chasing invoices or dealing with late payments.

What are the fees?+

5.9% + $0.90 up to $1,000, 3.9% + $0.90 for $1,000-$5,000, and 2.9% for larger projects. Most fees are paid by the client; the freelancer pays a small, transparent commission (0.7% to 0.9% depending on amount), shown upfront.
