How do you handle disputes?

Every transaction is tracked (payment, shipping, messages). In case of dispute, our team examines evidence (tracking number, photos, messages) and arbitrates fairly. Decisions are fast and transparent.

What happens in case of credit card fraud?

Stripe automatically detects and blocks fraud in real time. If fraud gets through, you're protected by Stripe's guarantee and your bank. We store no card data.
