The buyer has already paid. The payment is held by Stripe. Upon confirmation, the transfer to your account is triggered.

Net amount visible from the quote

Your net amount is visible from the creation of the transaction. The seller commission is minimal (0.7% to 0.9% depending on the amount) and always displayed. No hidden fees.

Each transaction is tracked (payment, shipping, messages). In case of a disagreement, TrustProtect facilitates amicable mediation based on evidence from both parties. This is a non-binding procedure; parties remain free to seek competent jurisdictions.

What happens in the event of credit card fraud?

Stripe automatically detects and blocks fraud in real-time. If fraud occurs, you are protected by Stripe's guarantee and your bank. We do not store any banking data.
